Start: Fall 2026 (13-week contract with extension potential)

Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Call: None Community hospital with an on-campus outpatient surgery center 7 operating rooms + 1 endoscopy suite Approximately 30+ cases per day Epic EMR Medical Direction (ACT) model – 4:1 supervision 🩺 Clinical Scope Provide anesthesia care for adolescents and adults across a diverse surgical service line. Primary Case Mix General Surgery Orthopedics Spine Gynecology Ophthalmology Plastics Out-of-OR Coverage May Include GI Endoscopy MRI CV/TEE procedures Required Skills General anesthesia Spine cases Ventilation management Evaluation and management of acute hemodynamic/volume issues Arterial line placement ✅ Requirements NBCRNA Certified Active South Carolina CRNA license Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA) DEA Epic experience preferred Clean malpractice and background history 🌆 Why Columbia?
