Company Overview Spectrum Healthcare Partners is Maine’s largest multi-specialty, physician-owned and directed professional organization and comprises over 200 physicians practicing anesthesiology, pain management, pathology, radiation oncology, radiology, and vascular & interventional services. Spectrum provides services at many of Maine’s hospitals throughout the state and in eastern New Hampshire. POSITION SUMMARY Working in a care team model under the supervision and medically directed by an Anesthesiologist, the CRNA is responsible for providing the best possible care for our patients administering anesthesia and monitoring patients through their surgeries in an ambulatory surgery center(s).


This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position—no nights, weekends, or holidays.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and patient consultations.
  • Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and medications for anesthesia.
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and complete all required documentation.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide resuscitative care when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.


  • Qualifications:
  • Active Maine RN license (or eligibility).
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program; NBCRNA certified.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with anesthesia equipment and electronic medical records.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion in patient care. BENEFITS
