Length of Contract: Ongoing

Schedule: Day shift 7a-3p, Weekend Call is 24hr, Weeknight Call is 3pm-6:30am. Call,

Nights and Weekends: Call needed 1:6 rotation

Cases: General. Ortho, some Urology, Regional and Neuraxial Blocks OB: Yes

Facility: 107 Bed Community Hospital in SW Louisiana just 30 miles east of Texas
