Setting: Hospital - Care team model; 9 ORs including 2 cardiac ORs and 2 OB ORs; GI, EP, and IR suites; CRNA medically directed; Docs perform cases occasionally; Epix electronic chartingTypes of Cases: OB (yes), Orthopedic (yes), Neurological (no), Pediatrics (minimal)Credentialing: 6-8 weeks privileging; Active PA state license required Compact licenses will not be acceptedMinimum Requirements
Board Certified/
