Columbia, SC An established healthcare facility in Columbia, SC is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, locum tenens assignment starting this fall. This position offers a highly desirable schedule with an excellent case mix and no call requirements. Schedule & Coverage

Start Date: September 28, 2026 Shift Details: Monday – Friday

10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Call

Requirements: None 💼 Practice & Case Details Join a collaborative surgical team handling a highly manageable "bread and butter" caseload.

Patient Population: Ages 12 and older

Case Mix: Mostly Orthopedics, Spines, GYN, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and General OR cases.

Procedures: General anesthesia, spines, ventilation, and arterial line placement. Out-of-OR Coverage (As Needed): GI, CV/TEE, and MRI.

EMR: Epic Position Requirements To ensure a smooth credentialing process and match facility guidelines, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active CRNA experience. Certification: Active NBCRNA certification. Licensure: Active South Carolina state license is highly preferred (Licensing assistance is available for the right candidate).

Life Support

Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all must be through the American Heart Association). Background: Clean background only. Geographic Restriction: Candidates must reside more than 60 miles away from the facility to qualify.

Credentialing Timeframe With Active SC

License: Approximately 60 days Without SC
