Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (90 days) for 3-6 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of 4x10's between Monday-Friday. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.

Case Mix: All except for pediatrics and cardiac Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction

of OR's: 20 OR's with approximately 1,600 cases per month between both facilities Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days

Certifications: BC, ACLS, and BLS Active TX
