Physician will cover 10 or more trauma shifts a month with friendly skilled collaborative team. Expectation is if trauma is quiet on weekday mornings, Physician will coordinate with the anesthesia team in the OR as we all work closely together to ensure a smooth day. This position does Not include any medical direction.

Trauma shifts $6,000 / 24 hrs. Trauma service is typically not busy. 1-3 calls per day on average.

Just a few per week go straight to the OR, others get scheduled later with OR team.
