Team: 2 long-term CRNAs (8+ years each) An established Critical Access Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative anesthesia team. This is a low-volume, well-supported practice offering a unique schedule and exceptional work-life balance. The two CRNAs currently in the practice have each been there for over 8 years, reflecting the stability and supportive culture of the team.

Schedule Week 1 -- 24/7 Call Coverage

• Some days may consist of 1--2 cases
• Other days may be call only Week 2 -- Monday--Friday Daytime Schedule

• No call
