We are a thriving and expanding private practice at a Level 1 trauma center in NC with nearly 1,000 beds (21st largest in US). Starting pay is highly competitive, and multiple clinical pathways are available including a path to partnership to the interested individual who excels in teamwork, leadership, and has a strong work ethic. Clinical excellence is essential in our fast-paced and medically-directed environment that includes all types of cases for generalists except cardiac pump and high-acuity pediatric cases. Residents are welcome to apply as well, and we offer mentorships and support for physicians coming out of residency. This is an excellent location to solidify anesthesia skills as all cases are performed including trauma. We offer a signing bonus and partnership track with no buy in required.
