Inductience PC has need for several CRNAs for coverage at a very pleasant eastern CT shoreline community hospital facility. Flexible combinations of 8, 10, 12 and 16 hour shifts available. Clinical time may be split with a small Rhode Island shore community hospital if desired.

Upper tier compensation and malpractice with tail provided. Travel, lodging and auto rental provided for out of area travelers; mileage reimbursement provided for clinicians in the area. Inductience is not a typical "big box" locums organization.

Being owned and operated by anesthesia clinicians, we understand the interests, concerns and needs of clinicians in this rapidly evolving health care system through decades of experience. We have high touch, close communication relationships with both our clinicians and facility clients. As such, we very quickly address and resolve the concerns of both.

We currently have approximately 60 anesthesia clinicians, equally split between CRNAs and MDs, serving hospitals and ambulatory client facilities in CT, MA, NH, NY and RI.
