Job Description: Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op) Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards 32-40hrs/week (8s or 10s). Work either Monday or Friday every week. No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts) Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms, with rotating assignments based on need Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed Work Experience Board Certified CRNA - [REQUIRED] Active MI license - [REQUIRED] Clean Background- [REQUIRED] Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) - [REQUIRED], required at the time of presentation.
