Highlights:

• 50-hour work week
• 10 & 12 hour shifts, Monday--Friday
• Occasional OT available
• Credentialing timeframe: 60--90 days
• EPIC / ICARE EMR (onsite training provided)

Practice Model:

• Supervision model preferred at 3:1
• Providers cannot do supervision-only
