Specific Details for Assignment: Primary site with cross-credentialing at (3) area hospitals

Length of Contract: 4 - 12 months with the option to extend

Schedule: 4x10s non consecutive or 3x12s non consecutive, Monday-Friday Call, Nights and Weekends: None

Cases: General, Endo, CV Lab and Neuro, PEDS ages 10 and over

Facility: 400-Bed Hospital, Level 2 Trauma - cross-credentialing at 3 area hospitals

Model: Medical Direction

Charting: Epic

Credentialing: 30-45 days
