Schedule: full-time preferred; 40-45 hours/week with possible 2-on/2-off option


  • Contract: 6 months with renewal option
  • Practice: supervised model with MD/CRNA/CAA team
  • Weekend: possible 1:5 Saturday with light case volume •

Cases: endo, urology, ortho/spine/podiatry, GYN/general, eyes/ENT •


EMR: paper •


Credentialing: temp privileges targeted around 7 days •


Requirements: IN or KY license, board certified, DEA, ACLS/BLS, proficient nerve blocks
