Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 7a-3p


  • Contract: 3 months with extension options
  • Practice: 100% office-based independent anesthesia •

Cases: pediatric dental sedation for extractions, root canals and fillings


  • Patient ages: 5-17 •

Volume: approximately 8-10 cases/day •


Credentialing: approximately 2 weeks •


Requirements: ABA board certified or board eligible and comfortable with pediatric patients
