Schedule: 5x8s; minimum two-week block availability requested
- Contract: 6 months •
Dates: multiple blocks from late August through late December •
Cases: pediatric and neonatal anesthesia; provider performs own cases •
EMR: Epic •
Credentialing: approximately 90 days •
Requirements: active TX license, board certified, pediatric fellowship, 15 neonatal and 75 pediatric cases in past 12 months •
Travel: all-inclusive option outside 60 miles
