• 3 to 4 months with option to extend Hours and Schedule
• 7:300 until completion of cases; guaranteed 8 hours per day when scheduled)
• Monday through Friday
• Call not needed

• Time Keeping: QGenda
• Practice model includes 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs Cases

• General and colorectal, OB&GYN, uro, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts. Peds cases are over 1 year old and are mostly ENT patients (T&A and M&T) Rates

• Competitive Rates

• Malpractice insurance covered including tail coverage

• All travel and housing covered Licensing and Credentialing
• Connecticut license required
• 30-60 days approximately to credential w/ CT license
