Job Description Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Desired start: As soon as credentialed

Length of contract: 6-9 months

Shift: 3x12 or 5x8 or 4x10. No call. Weekends a plus.

Local providers preferred, lodging is an option Medical direction CRNA needs to be able to do spinals Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent Must have 3+ years of experience and clean MP. Types of cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, endo, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery.

EMR: Epic State License

Requirements: Texas Additional License Requirements 3+ years of experience. Must have TX RN and APRN. Clean Malpractice
