Job Description Credentialing timeframe: 60 days Desired start: 9/20/26

Length of contract: 3-6 months

Shift: 5x8 weekly. Need full time. No call.

No weekend. T&E: $1,000/wk worked stipend Independent CRNA model Block knowledge preferred but not necessary. Needs to be comfortable with spinals.

No need for OB experience- full time CRNAs will take care of OB. Types of cases: General, GYN, ortho, regional, urology, podiatry, GI and some ENT.

EMR: Epic Certification

Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified State License Requirements Colorado Additional License Requirements No new grads. 5+ years experience preferred. Clean file.
