Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Timeframe: Can take only a few days Facilities: 3 facilities but will only be a one location per day

Shift: 4x10

's M-F- Must be able to work Monday and Fridays. Candidates must be Flexible. Full Time hours only 6-12 month assignment Local candidates preferred.

Types of cases: 1st hospital: Peds, general, ortho, bariatrics, dental, spinal 2nd hospital: general, ortho, bariatrics, dental, spinal 3rd hospital: Ortho, Bariatric, spinal bread and butter. Some OB but the volume of OB is under 500- no epidurals EMRs: 1st hospital - paper currently but will have Anesthesia Start & Meditech soon. 2nd hospital - paper currently but will have Anesthesia Start and Meditech soon 3rd hospital - Cerner currently but changing to Epic in October MD CRNA Ratio- 1:4 No nights or weekends No new grads No CAA's5 CRNA's Must have at least 2 years of experience Expedited license process available Emergency privileges available (48-72 hours)
