• OB Night Shift 6 weeks of PTO (for Full-Time CRNA - prorated for Part-Time status) which can be used for any time off (vacation, family leave, sick time, continuing education, etc.). Short and long-term disability insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, and life insurance and a retirement plan. A retirement match is offered after the first year. In addition, an annual educational stipend of $2500 is also provided (for Full-Time CRNA - prorated for Part-Time status). Maryland state RN and CRNA licensing renewal fees, AANA fees, and malpractice insurance will be paid by Mercy Medical Center. CRNAs will work in a collaborative environment evaluating their patients pre-operatively, formulating the anesthetic plan, and administering the anesthesia autonomously. An anesthesiologist is available for consultation and help if needed. Approximately 3,000 births annually. Other opportunities include coverage for elective cases on Saturday, weekend OB shifts, and occasional extra time during weekdays.
