Small community hospital needing weekday morning shift coverage. Shifts up to 16 hours available at nearby affiliated CT community hospital. Work at either or both.

For local clinicians, we provide malpractice with tail coverage and mileage. For traveling clinicians we support air fare, car rental and lodging in addition to malpractice with tail. Inductience is an anesthesia clinician founded, owned and managed locums organization providing services to hospitals and ambulatory facilities in CT, MA, NH, RI and NY. We currently have approximately 60 clinicians on our team as independent contractors, evenly split between MDs and CRNAs.

We understand and respect the perspectives of our clinicians and facility clients, both of which we form high touch, close communication relationships. We are locally managed, so concerns which arise either with clinicians or clients are addressed and resolved promptly. Our organizational culture is a breath of fresh air of flexibility, attentiveness and transparency, with very high clinician and facility client levels of satisfaction.
