Beds: 9 Patient Age Group: Adult

Procedures: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) Reason for need: Deployment of provider overseas . MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week. There are only CRNAs, no residents when supervising.

They run 9 ORs per day and total between 20-30 OR cases per day. Board Certifications Req'd/Preferred: yes, State License(s): NH- willing to look at someone with LOQ in hand for a quick IMLC turnaround due to start date.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS. DEA Req'd?: Yes Years of Experience Req'd: 1. Willing To

License: Only if they have an LOQ in hand for an IMLC.
