Night Shifts Only Renew Medical Group is seeking a skilled and motivated CRNA to join our growing anesthesia team at Mercy Northwest Hospital in Rogers, AR. This is a 12-hour night shift position offering schedule predictability, clinical variety, and excellent earning potential---ideal for new graduates and experienced providers alike. Rate: $180/hour

Compensation: $278,640 annually (minimum: 3x12-hour shifts, 43 weeks/year) - Potential to earn $300,000+ by picking up additional shifts -
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts (7p--7a), contracted for 42 weeks per year
- 9 weeks unpaid allotted time off annually
