New Graduates Welcome Renew Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with cardiac expertise to serve as Supervising Anesthesiologist at Mercy Northwest Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician-leader to join our clinician-owned group in a supervisory role with meaningful autonomy and collegial support.

• 1099 independent contractor model

- Leadership opportunity within a clinician-led organization The Role: You will supervise a highly independent CRNA team (1:4 supervision ratio) while maintaining your own clinical practice. Responsibilities include pre-operative assessments, regional block placement, intraoperative line management, and pre/post-operative coverage. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a collegial, non-hierarchical environment where your clinical judgment is valued. Schedule &
Call: First case at 0720
25--30 minute turnovers (faster in ASC and urology)
Call shared evenly among the group on a 1-in-13 rotation
Post-call provider first out in AM
5--7 SRNA students on site provide learning and teaching opportunities. Case Types &
Volume: Full range of general, trauma, ortho, acute care surgery, and OB (6 epidurals + 1--3 C-sections daily). Level 3 trauma on-call (rare emergency cases). Cath lab TAVR and Watchman procedures.
Minimal complex cardiac and neuro. >50% ASA 3, ~10% ASA 4 acuity. High case volume and diversity with excellent learning environment. Why Rogers, Arkansas?

Requirements:
