Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend. The schedule is 4x10's between Monday-Friday (provider must be able to work Mondays and Fridays as 2 of the 4 days). No nights, no weekends, and no call required

Case Mix: Pediatric dental, Orthopedics, urology, bariatrics, cosmetic, general, endoscopy, No OB Credentialing Time-Frame: Emergency privileges may be available within approx 24 hours to support an earlier start

Certifications: BC, PALS Active RI
