- Patient Mix: High-acuity, high-volume surgical and obstetric program 5,500+ deliveries annually; case mix spans adult/pediatric neurosurgery, orthopedics, bariatric, minimally invasive, gynecologic/breast, and pediatric/neonatal surgery

• Current ACLS and PALS certifications Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from $600,000--$650,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
