Specific Details for Assignment: 1+ year of experience required

Length of Contract: 4 - 12 months with the option to extend

Schedule: Mon Fri, 10-hour shifts; flexible 4 days/week; minimum 2 weeks per month Call, Nights and Weekends: Beeper Call 6P-7A Optional

Cases: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes

Facility: 365-bed acute care community hospital with 9 ORs

Model: Supervision & doing own cases

Charting: Epic

Credentialing: 90 days - but can expedite for August 1 start
