Credentialing: 45--60 days (may take longer depending on application timing) A large hospital system in downtown Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for ongoing locum tenens coverage due to a vacancy. This is a high-volume setting with consistent shift availability and strong long-term potential. Schedule / Coverage 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts Primarily night coverage Weekly schedule assigned at client discretion No call required (scheduled shift coverage) Clinical Details Supervision model (1:3) High-volume OR environment Cases include a strong OB focus on nights, with additional mix including: General Surgery Orthopedics ENT Neuro Urology GI Requirements Active CRNA certification OB experience required PA license required (active preferred; licensing candidates considered with strong ongoing availability) ACLS + BLS required EMR EPIC Travel / Compensation Notes Inclusive rate structure depending on distance: Local (within 50 miles): lower inclusive rate (parking only reimbursed) Non-local (outside 50 miles): higher inclusive rate to cover all travel/lodging expenses Commitment Preference Full-time coverage strongly preferred Minimum commitment: 2 days/week or 2 weeks/month
