The practice is committed to providing exceptional anesthesia services across a broad range of B&B surgical specialties in a supportive and autonomous environment.
Opportunity: An immediate full-time General Anesthesiologist job opening is available, covering a diverse case mix including obstetrics (OB), pediatrics, regional anesthesia, orthopedics, and outpatient surgery. No cardiac or trauma cases are involved. The position offers 100% autonomy with full responsibility for managing all cases.

Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical and obstetrical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care utilizing current techniques and medications.
Continuously monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical conditions. Manage emergence from anesthesia and provide appropriate post-anesthesia care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with practice policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology 1 (AOBA) or board-eligible. Current unrestricted medical license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage a diverse patient population and case mix. Proficiency in a variety of anesthetic techniques, including general and regional anesthesia.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
