Position Details: Title: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Type: Locums

Shifts: Primarily 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM; occasional 7:00 AM -- 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM -- 7:00 PM shifts

Location: Near Richmond, VA Facility

Type: Inpatient (hospital) Certification: Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist required; Fellowship Training in Pediatric Anesthesiology required; DEA required Experience: Comfortable managing pediatric patients from 2 days old through 2 years old What to Expect: Ongoing coverage opportunity with an immediate start upon credentialing Dedicated pediatric anesthesia practice with a broad range of pediatric surgical procedures Care team model with CRNA support and physician supervision Providers will supervise CRNAs while also performing their own cases Case mix includes hernias, pyloric stenosis, ENT procedures, and other general pediatric surgeries Patient population primarily consists of neonates through children up to 2 years of age No call, weekends, nights, or holiday coverage required Orientation may be completed virtually or in person, with additional anesthesia department orientation provided Emergency and temporary privileges may be available for qualified candidates Excellent opportunity for providers seeking a long-term pediatric-focused assignment with outstanding work-life balance Compensation &
