Assignment Length: 26 Weeks We're looking for a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join a well-established anesthesia team in Seneca, PA. This is an excellent long-term locum opportunity with streamlined credentialing and a diverse case mix. Position Highlights āœ… 26-week assignment āœ… Temporary privileges available (30--60 days) āœ… Estimated credentialing: 30 days āœ… Pennsylvania license assistance available for qualified candidates āœ… Day shifts with a consistent schedule āœ… 24-hour call and weeknight pager call required āœ… Weekend pager call preferred āœ… No holiday shifts or holiday call Shift Schedule 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM (8 working hours excluding unpaid lunch) 10-hour shifts available as needed 24-hour call coverage required Case Mix General Orthopedic Obstetrics Pediatrics Practice Environment


  • Epic EMR - 6 anesthesia rooms
  • Physicians supervise CRNAs
  • MD-to-CRNA ratio of 1:2 to 1:3

  • Daily lodging assistance Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments Obtain and verify informed patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients
  • Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' physiological status before, during, and after anesthesia Perform clinical interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with the surgical and perioperative care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited College of Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology


  • Current unrestricted physician license (or eligible to obtain a Pennsylvania license)
  • ECFMG/FLEX, as applicable
