The role is a good fit for a CRNA who wants consistent scheduled clinical hours with limited call expectations. Schedule and Structure
• Day shift: 4/10-hour shifts
• Consistent Monday or Friday shift required
• Frequent consecutive shifts may be offered but cannot be guaranteed every week
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call - 2nd call / backup call
• Call ratio: 2--3 weekday calls per quarter
• Possible weekend call coverage, typically 1 per quarter - 30-minute call response time
• Call is typically limited to covering cases at the end of the day
• Rare overnight call-backs - 30-minute lunch break deducted daily
• Patients per shift: 2--5 - 24 beds in department
• No APP supervision

• Licensed in NC or IMLC
• BLS required
• ACLS required
