requirements: Sunday at 5 pm -- Sunday at 5 pm (1 week per month) Overtime expectations: OT after 40 hours Pay Rates: $250/hr., plus travel expenses Reason for coverage: current CRNA is going out on medical leave with no return date

Cases: ENT, general, OB/GYN, ortho, podiatry, urology, OB -- spinals, blocks and epidurals Patient volume: 1000-1200 cases per year, about 100 births a year Patient age range: Peds - Adults Support staff: 3 CRNA Solo Practice Number of beds or ORs: 2 ORs daily

EMR: EPIC Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, BC only, must have IA license in hand for submission Credentialing timeline: 2-3 weeks Credentialing
