About the Practice: A well-established and highly regarded anesthesia group in the Long Branch, New Jersey area is seeking skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists for part-time and full-time opportunities. Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists to focus on outpatient surgical cases. The positions offer a highly desirable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends, promoting an outstanding work-life balance. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is a significant plus.

Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-operative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
Perform regional anesthesia techniques, if proficient. Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols. Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other surgical team members.
Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Valid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligible for licensure).
Significant experience as an Anesthesiologist is required. Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for outpatient surgical cases. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.
