Locum CRNA opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Schedule: Monday--Friday, 10-hr shifts (7a--5p), 40 hrs/week. No call.

Setting: Small community hospital with 7 ORs + 1 endo suite + on-campus outpatient surgery center. Primarily ortho, spine, gyn, eyes, plastics, and general OR cases. Out-of-OR coverage includes GI, CV/TEE, and MRI.

Model: Medical-directed ACT, 4:1 ratio. 30+ cases/day.

Patient population: 12+ years (95% adults, 5% peds).

EMR: Epic (can test out if experienced)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS all must be AHA-issued.

Requirements: NBCRNA board certified, active SC license, 2+ years experience, clean background no exceptions. DEA required.

Credentialing: ~60 days with active SC license.
