Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri are 8-hour days, Thurs is a 12-hourday. Cases: ortho, pain, spine, must be able to do blocks.

Credentialing: 30 - 60 days Care team: supervision on Thursdays, independent other days. Needed licenses and certifications: FL license, ACLS, BLS
