• Estimated Privileging Time frame (days)30 - Case mix: general and colorectal, OB&GYN, URO, Orthopedics, Cataracts, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts. locums CRNAs will not have to do peds.

• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: No
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
• Shift Type: 8-hour 07:00 to 3:30pm: Required
• Are MDs doing their own cases? Yes
• If CT license is in hand
• 30-60 days. No CT license 60-120 days
