Compensation: $404,040 annually | Independent Practice Model Renew Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join our anesthesia team at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice independently within a collaborative, physician-led environment at a Level 1 Trauma Center with an active GME program. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Schedule: 91 shifts annually with flexibility to work fewer or pick up additional shifts as needed


• Time off: Built directly into your schedule - 1099 Independent Contractor THE OPPORTUNITY This position offers independent CRNA practice alongside anesthesiologists and residents in a high-acuity setting. You will manage diverse cases including cardiac anesthesia with TEE, structural heart procedures, Level 1 trauma, and OB cases. CRNAs in this program practice autonomously---you are not supervised and maintain full clinical decision-making authority. Each anesthesiologist supervises 1--2 residents, creating a collaborative teaching environment where you'll mentor learners while advancing your own expertise. New graduates are welcome.
