Compensation: $400,000+ annually | Independent CRNA Model Renew Medical Group is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. This is a premier opportunity to practice independently in a Level 1 Trauma Center with robust OB services, cardiac surgery with TEE and structural heart cases, and a thriving GME program with resident physicians on site.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Hourly Rate: $195/hour (OB cases) Total
Compensation: Approximately $426,000 annually
Schedule: 91 × 24-hour OB shifts per year with built-in time off - Option to work fewer shifts or pick up additional shifts as needed 1099 Independent Contractor THE OPPORTUNITY This is an independent CRNA model. You will practice autonomously alongside anesthesiologists and residents---not under supervision. Each MD carries 1--2 residents.
During daytime OB hours, a physician and 2 residents support the team; nights and weekends are primarily CRNA-staffed with physician backup. You will manage obstetric anesthesia across the full spectrum: epidurals, spinals, general anesthesia for cesarean delivery, and high-risk OB cases. Additionally, you will have exposure to cardiac anesthesia with TEE and structural heart procedures, as well as trauma cases at this Level 1 facility.
