Position Details: Title: CRNA Type: Locum Tenens Shifts: Days | Five 8-hour shifts per week | Full-time

Location: Near New Haven, IN Facility Type: Inpatient (Hospital) Certification: Required -- Active Indiana License Experience: Independent practice experience required (No new grads) What to Expect: ASAP start with an estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 1--3 months; temporary privileges may be available. Three- to six-month contract assignment. Independent practice model with experienced provider expectations.

No weekends and no on-call requirements. Coverage may include multiple nearby hospital locations.

Case mix

includes endoscopy, OB, general surgery, and orthopedics. CRNAs are expected to perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals. EMR system utilized is Cerner.
