Schedule: Friday to Monday - can either do 10 hour days working OR do 5pm to 7am in house. Cases: general, neuro, complex vascular, complex ortho, OB. Rare peds.

Credentialing: 3 to 4 months. Care team: mix of supervision and own cases Needed licenses and certifications: CO license, ACLS, BLS
