EMR: EPIC LOA: 6 months - a year Care team Model: 1-3. CRNA's tend to run independently Pt. volume: 1,700 deliveries per year Start: as soon as credentialed (45 - 75 days) Credentialing timeline: 45 - 75, depending on turnaround of paperwork & licensing

Schedule: Ideally fulltime, 4 weeks a month. Shifts: 5 x 10s. guarantee is 50 Rate: $250/hr. + $1,400 weekly stipend. Flights reimbursed Malpractice covered by GQR 50= $12,500 + $1,400 = $13,900 weekly Weekly pay, License assistance/Reimbursement, Credentialing Assistance, Referral Bonuses.
