Weekdays: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm Weekend DAY shift

schedule: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) 0700 - 1700 10 hour shifts required to work the 4 needed days in a row option to add 1 additional Day shift on Tuesday or Thursday Weekend NIGHT shift (looking for candidates willing to work 2 weekends per month): 14 hours in-house, no call, no callback Scheduled 1700 - 0700 Max 4-night shifts Requirement: Friday 1700-0700 Sat, Sat 1700-0700 Sun, Sun1700-0700 Mon, Mon 1700-0700 Tues CLs will not say 14 hours guaranteed # of OR's: 22

Case Mix: 80% adult; 20% trauma. Avg is 60 surgical cases per day. 50% general cases, 10% neuro, 20% complex vascular, 20% complex ortho. Must also be able to perform central lines.

Must also be comfortable doing peds though it's mostly adult cases Support Staff/CRNA Supervision: Will supervise CRNA's about 40% of the time. CRNA's or AA's total of 3 at a time. There are 55 Anesthesiologist's in the group and 30 CRNA's Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days Active Colorado License: Highly preferred upon presentation, but will consider those with IMLC Certifications: BC required (not accepting BE), BLS, ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) The Independence Difference: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
