Seeking Collaborating Physician / Professional Corporation (PC) Owner Bedrock Anesthesia is seeking a physician interested in serving as the owner of a Professional Corporation (PC) to support anesthesia services for multiple ophthalmology ambulatory surgery centers in Georgia, with potential expansion into Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s)
• Have an interest in ambulatory surgery center operations
• Be willing to collaborate in a compliant PC--MSO structure
• Possess strong professional and ethical standards
