Level 2 Trauma Center

Cases: General, "Bread and Butter"; Ortho, ENT, GI, Women's Health (Possibly epidurals and regional blocks) mostly supervision with Anesthesiologist, although it is a medical direction model there is some autonomy.

Practice Setting: 15 ORs, 4 of those are at the OSC. CRNAs also provide anesthetizing resources to Endo which has 4 suites, Cath Lab, IR, Radiology and Cancer Care.

EMR: EPIC LOA: 1 year Credentialing timeline: 60 - 90 days, depending on turnaround of paperwork & licensing

Schedule: Ideally fulltime, 4 weeks a month. CAN BE PART TIME (block scheduling)

Shifts: 5 x 8's, open to 10's M-F No Call. MD ANE in house 24/7 for call, and Staff CRNA on house call 24/7.

Rate: $250/hr + full expense reimbursement. OT $260/hr starts after weekly guarantee. 40 hr guarantee = $10,000/week 50 hr guarantee = $12,500/week Expense Rules: $150/night for lodging with provided receipt OR $120/night stipend and no receipt is ok. $1000 cap for round trip economy airfare.

Rental car rates should adhere to usual & customary charges; please seek approval if standard rental will exceed $500 per week Daily mileage to/from the hospital is not reimbursed.
