• Credentialing timeframe: approx. 30 days
• Outpatient setting; 5 ORs
• Monday
• Friday; 5 8-hour shifts/week

• No call; no weekends

• Supervised setting 1:3/1:4

• GU and GI Cases only - adults, no peds

• EMR: iPro and paper charting
