Rainier Anesthesia Associates is seeking 1-2 well qualified CRNA candidates to join our busy hospital-based private practice. We are a collegial physician/CRNA group that prioritizes life/work balance with flexible shift options, concierge scheduling, and significant opportunities to earn extra income. RAA CRNAs enjoy considerable autonomy in our fully independent practice, with access to in-house physician support 24/7.

Cases include general surgery, ortho, urology, gyn, OB, bariatrics, vascular and NORA cases at 3 diverse facilities in Puyallup, Auburn and Covington. Level 3 and 4 trauma designations keep things lively but not crazy; no open heads, open hearts or sick kids. Full time employment requires 4 shifts/week, with flexible schedule options including day and night shifts.

Overnight and weekend shifts may be taken from home, with a 30 minute call response. Rainier Anesthesia Associates is proud to support CRNA clinical training programs, and we strongly encourage teaching as part of our community mission. We support new grads with a one-to-one precepted transition program to ensure smooth integration.

Base salary is $275,000, with a generous benefits package, retirement plan, CME allowance and 6 weeks paid time off.
