Urology Alliance is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our growing team. This position offers a highly flexible schedule and the opportunity to practice in an autonomous, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Pre-Anesthesia: Conduct and document pre-anesthetic patient assessments, request diagnostic studies, obtain informed consent, and administer pre-operative medications.

Intra-Anesthesia: Primarily perform conscious sedation and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) for both outpatient and inpatient urological procedures. Airway & Emergence: Manage patient airways and oversee emergence and recovery from anesthesia. Discharge: Provide safe post-anesthesia evaluation, manage potential side effects, and safely discharge patients.

Emergency Response: Administer emergency drugs/fluids and perform Basic or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS) as required. Administrative & Regulatory Duties: Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as standards set by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
