Schedule: 8 to 10 hour days - typically 40 - 45 hours per week. NO call. Cases: endoscopy, urology, ortho spine, podiatry, GYN, general, eyes, ENT.

Must be proficient with nerve blocks.

Credentialing: 30 - 60 days. **Can do temps in about a week with IN license in hand and clean background. Care team: supervision Needed licenses and certifications: IN license, ACLS, BLS, 2 years of experience minimum.
